Return & Refund Policy | Bapu.pk
At Bapu.pk, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order of Himalayan Salt, Bath Salt, Oil Cake, and Animal Feed. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
For Salt & Bath Salt Products:
- The product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking during delivery.
- You received the wrong item or wrong weight.
- The seal is broken or product is contaminated on arrival.
Note: Due to the natural nature of salt, a ±50g weight variation is normal and not considered a defect.
For Oil Cake / Khokhar & Animal Feed:
- The product is damaged, moldy, or of poor quality on delivery.
- You received a different product than ordered.
Note: We cannot accept returns once the bag is opened and used, because quality depends on storage.
2. Timeframe to Report an Issue
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue via WhatsApp or Email. Claims after 48 hours cannot be processed.
3. Refund Process
- Approved Claims: If approved, you can choose a full refund or a free replacement.
- Refund Method: Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: If return is approved, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer after we receive the product back.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- The product has been opened or used.
- The claim is made after 48 hours.
- The damage is caused by customer misuse or improper storage.
5. Shipping Costs
- Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong or damaged product, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- Customer Change of Mind: Bapu.pk does not accept returns for change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. How to Start a Return
WhatsApp us with: Your Order ID, Product Name, Clear Photos/Videos of the issue, and your delivery address. Our team will guide you.
